Caitlin in service was able to get my vehicle in for a warranty issue and set me up with a loaner vehicle while mine was being worked on. The service department was able to correct the issue I was having with the broncos transmission and so far seems to be good now. I traveled to use this dealership because non of my local ford dealerships were able to schedule a loaner vehicle for me. I will continue to bring my vehicle here for any service needs and I recommend them.

I can’t say enough good about this place. I wanted to upgrade my Jeep and they had a Gladiator I wanted. we worked with Manny and he made it so easy and seamless. This was seriously one of the smoothest transactions for a vehicle I’ve done. The finance guy (so sorry I forgot his name) was very sweet and fast. He had us done before our 2 year old got bored. Manny was also great with our toddler and had crayons and a coloring books. Love my new vehicle and love the guys here. I drove over 1,000 miles for the HONESTY, PROFESSIONALISM, and NO GIMMICKS!!!!! I’ve owned a lot of cars….done a lot of deals in dealerships and normally the back and forth can get exhausting. Jarret Scott is second to none! We applied online for financing, approved quickly, came in to test drive car, signed papers and drive home! I have never been so impressed with a dealer. Jarrett Scott Ford is the best Ford dealership around. When I was looking for a new car I went to another dealer in the area and was basically told this is what we have. We decided to drive to Plant City and was connected with the best sales team that helped me find EXACTLY what I was looking for. They even brought it up from a sister dealership. The great service didn’t end once the sale closed, it continued with a great service department. The service team is great to work with, has great communication, and ever has a shuttle and car pick up service for convenient appointments.
